Through the years I have seen the growing need for health care providers that truly address the imbalances within the lives of our patients. I started Restoration Health Center to do just that, Restore the Health of a Nation. I know it’s a big task but it is my mission to affect change by touching as many people as possible.

I am a native of St. Thomas, Jamaica, and I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I then pursued and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. I completed my Post Doctoral program in Integrative Medicine at George Washington University and I am currently undergoing a Fellowship in Metabolic and Anti-Aging Medicine from George Washington University and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Over the years I realized the benefits of incorporating various therapies and disciplines to patient care. I am certified in Applied Kinesiology, Spinal Correction, Nutrition, Graston Technique and I have extensive training in Acupuncture, Neuroemotional Technique, and Sacro-Occipital technique. I am constantly incorporating my knowledge of these various techniques in order to successfully provide the best care for my patients through an integrative approach.

I have always had a thirst for knowledge and am constantly taking courses to perfect my craft and increase my knowledge base. I pride myself on ushering my patients to optimal wellness through specific chiropractic care and by empowering and educating them on the benefits of chiropractic care and the Elements of Optimal Wellness. Wellness is a team effort, we are in this together.

Here at Restoration Health Center, it is our personal mission to educate the world on what Optimal Wellness is, deliver quality health care, advance the work of Chiropractic and Integrative Medicine and Restore the Health of an ailing nation.

I am a member of the America Chiropractic Association, the Independent Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, and the American Black Chiropractic Association.
